Consultations
Let me help you bring yourself back to balance.
I can’t wait to walk alongside you in this beautiful path to vitality and radiance. This is your true nature.
Root-cause focused health consultations grounded in traditional Ayurvedic medicine.
Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that understands health as a balance of physiological, mental and lifestyle factors. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, it aims to identify the underlying patterns contributing to imbalance. During this consultation, we will assess your current health concerns alongside key factors that influence wellbeing through an Ayurvedic framework. Based on my assessment, you will receive personalised recommendations which may include herbal formulations, dietary adjustments, lifestyle practices and supportive mind-body techniques.

What happens during a 1:1 Ayurvedic consultation?
During your consultation we will explore a range of factors that influence health and wellbeing.
This may include:
• Current health concerns and symptoms
• Digestive health and appetite
• Sleep patterns and energy levels
• Stress and nervous system balance
• Diet and daily routines
• Emotional and lifestyle influences
• Your Ayurvedic constitution (dosha)
This process helps build a clear understanding of the underlying patterns contributing to imbalance.
Are there any health conditions you don’t work with?
Even though Ayurveda is ancient, it is very applicable to our modern life and the imbalances that occur. I would love to hear from you, even if you feel that modern medicine systems have cast you aside as a "difficult case". I also have a team of people I refer on to when I consider this necessary and am unafraid to tell you if I feel out of my depth.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
As always in Ayurveda, it depends. Some conditions, like the skin, shift very quickly while other deeper imbalances might take some more time. Following the protocol is very supportive of seeing quicker results, and this is something I support you to do with ongoing light touch communication rather than leaving you to fend for yourself.
Do you offer virtual consultations or in-person appointments?
Yes, I offer both. I see people online via Zoom as well as in person in Milton.
What should I expect in terms of treatment recommendations?
The scope of my practice includes but is not limited to dietary and lifestyle advice, herbal formulation prescription, birth plans, postpartum care plans, breathwork, yoga and meditation sadhanas and other supportive spiritual practices.
Do you collaborate with other healthcare providers?
Yes, I have a team I refer on to when I feel a client needs more support such as bodyworkers and mothercare practitioners or people I trust if I feel out of my depth with a specific case.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged the full session fee.
If you are feeling unwell or an unexpected situation arises, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into preparing each appointment.
