In Vedic teachings Śānti means peace, serenity, a gentle spaciousness that soothes the mind and settles the breath. This is what we cultivate when working with our ‘Take a Breath’ formula. It carries a steadiness, calm presence and a sense of release. Like an exhale after a long hold, it restores equilibrium to anxious systems in overdrive, a return to the still centre within, where peace is not sought but remembered.

Who's it for?

Take a Breath is for the person who feels mentally scattered, wound tight, or caught in a swirl of anxious thoughts that make it hard to settle; the name serving a dual purpose as a reminder to exhale. It’s made for someone who longs for a soft sense of calm, clearer focus, and the ability to exhale fully again.

This blend combines soothing, grounding herbs that gently steady the nervous system, offering a calm, collected feeling rather than sedation. Skullcap:

Shatavari:

Shatavari has a long history of use as a rejuvenative herb that supports resilience and emotional nourishment, especially during stress or depletion.

Common Questions

Are your products organic or spray-free?

Yes, all of our herbs are organically farmed unless stated otherwise. We also have some listed under wildcrafted, where our plants are sourced in their natural environment, as nature intended.

We much prefer to use fresh plants whenever possible to capture the "Prana" or life force. This supports us to preserve their natural compounds and overall integrity.

Where do you source your plants from?

We work directly with small growers and trusted harvesters, sourcing plants from regions where they naturally thrive. Every botanical has a clear, transparent origin, and we maintain full visibility over its journey.

We use short supply chains, direct farmer relationships, careful handling and small-batch production to ensure quality.

What parts of the process do you outsource?

We don’t outsource our formulations or any aspect of extraction or production, everything is made by us, from plant to finished product.

We make everything by hand, with love and intention.
